At Eldridge Parkway Emergency Room, we provide fast, compassionate care for minor to major injuries and medical conditions 24 hours a day.

Our freestanding ER allows patients to walk in at any time and be seen quickly with little to no wait. Our emergency physicians and nurses specialize in a wide range of medical emergencies, supported by advanced diagnostic technology including X-rays, CT scans, ultrasound, and a full onsite laboratory.

We welcome all private insurance plans.

Eldridge Parkway Emergency Room is a licensed Freestanding Emergency Medical Care Facility. We operate similarly to a hospital-based ER, offering emergency medical care, diagnostic services, and physician evaluations.

While we may function as an out-of-network provider for some plans, Texas law requires insurers to process emergency care at in-network benefit levels. This gives you the protection to seek emergency care when you need it without worrying about coverage.

By reviewing your insurance policy, you will better understand co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance. This helps you make informed choices during an emergency visit. Our team will provide each patient with appropriate medical screening, examination, and stabilization in accordance with federal and Texas state requirements.

Uninsured or self-pay patients may qualify for Prompt Pay discounted rates for COVID-19 testing, evaluation, and treatment. This reduces the out-of-pocket cost for COVID-related services.
